Our Project Manager will manage your project form the Initialisation phase to the Delivery phase. Or in different words until the end and its success.
Supported by a methodology like Hermès 5, Prince 2 or PMi, the project will be driven through several phases (Initialisation, Conception, Realisation and Delivery). Each phase's deliverables will be validated by a Steering Comittee, authorising the next phase to start.
Projects are driven on several axes: Financial, Risks, Planning, Deliverables, Quality, Change Management.
The solution's production could be done in classic Waterfall mode or in Agile mode.
