Our domain Certified Consultant will conduct a Maturity Audit in your Company, in a Department or a Service in relation to the targeted Norm or Best Practices.
He will therefore evaluate each criterion on a scale of 1 to 5 (usually) and explain for each the actions to be taken to reach the higher level(s) on the scale.
Assistance to implement these actions may be offered upon completion and acceptance of the report.
